Long Range Planning Committee

This committee is responsible for creating the long range goals and operational objectives for the Association. Specific duties include:

  1. Aiding in ascertaining the needs of the dental hygiene profession in Georgia.
  2. Being knowledgeable of the long range plans for health care delivery and changes as proposed by both Federal and State Government Agencies and so inform the Executive Council.
  3. Studying Association composition, activities, committee structure, governing mechanisms, and Bylaws and submit recommendations for consideration by the Executive Council.
  4. Encouraging formation of new components in areas large enough to meet requirements.
